The Radiation Oncology Administrator is responsible for the administrative and financial activities of the department under the authority of the Department Chair and the Vice Dean for Finance. These activities include, but are not limited to: setting departmental goals and objectives in collaboration with the chair; managing institutional relationships and external affiliations including the activities associated with the MD Anderson affiliation; oversight of clinical activities; budget development and management; management of short and long term operations such as space, information technology, and inventory; oversight of the revenue cycle operations and human resource activities.
Master’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Finance or directly related field and five (5) years of related business experience to include five (5) years of supervisory experience.
