Oncology Surgery Scheduling Specialist - 2,000 Sign On Bonus
Description JOB SUMMARY: This role coordinates the surgery scheduling with the patient, physician, and operation room. The position will monitor the surgery schedule and ensure optimization of resources and workflow. Problem solve, monitor divisional OR utilization and manage physician calendars. Review Provider Time Away's that may affect OR block times and will schedule Pre-operative and post-operative appointments. Serve as a liaison between the patient, nurse, and surgeon and other duties as assigned. This role offers a $2,000 sign on bonus for external employees who have not worked for one year.
