Electronic Health Record Systems Analyst (Work From Home - United States)

Responsible for the performance of tasks related to project completion, including but not limited to, analysis, training, testing, documentation, problem resolution, and implementation of an application. Provides input and assists in developing project plans.
Gathers data for problem analysis, including interviews of relevant personnel.
Develops a strong understanding of assigned applications.
Analyzes documents, files, reports, and other application-related workflows.
Prepares flow charts, system test plan, reports, and upgrade requirements.
Documents existing procedures, change control process, and other operating characteristics.
Assists with the preparation of project requirements documents and design specifications, including implementation analysis and request for proposals.
Assists with the analysis of vendor proposals.
Designs new or improved systems, including reports.
Communicates effectively with other team members, end users, and supervisor.
Reports project progress and activity to IT management or delegate when required.
Assists with the planning, testing and documenting of application upgrades.
Maintains tables, master files, etc.
Prepares training materials and performs training for both user and operations personnel.
Assists with the assurance that the end users uphold security policies.
Provides support for specific applications, support requirements could be 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, dependent on application.
Assists in the preparation of user, systems and operations documentation.
Assists in the preparation of department policies, procedures and standards.

*Relevant experience may be a combination of related work experience and degree obtained (Associate's Degree = 2 years; Bachelor's Degree = 4 years).
Work schedule will coordinate with Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone
On-Call some weekends for go-live and release support
Comfortable leading in depth Scheduling System reviews
Experience with Epic Cadence, Decision Tree's and Ticket Scheduling preferred
Experience with Radiology Scheduling preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Project Management experience preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)
Minimum of 5 years-Relevant experience* (Required)
