The role you’ll contribute:
The role of the Sr. Modality Program Manager is to support the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and oversight of the Governance and Crossover functions including any relevant Select Committees. This individual is an integral member of the system ancillary leadership team overseeing integration and development of governance and crossover initiatives; ensuring effective organization so that the strategy and objectives set forth by System Governance and Crossover are implemented in a timely and efficient manner. The Sr. Modality Program Manager is expected to have a deep understanding of the Governance and Crossover functions and will have leadership responsibility for managing and overseeing the Modality Program Manager and the operations of the governance and crossover processes. This individual should be aware of the external forces impacting standardization among all regions within the ancillary services. This individual will report to the System Director of Clinical Diagnostic Ancillary Services.

Provides leadership, develop and oversight of the System Modality Program Manager
Works with the System Director of Clinical Diagnostic Ancillary Services to create a system connectiveness among the respective services to align and ensure consistent care is provided to all patients regardless of point of entry
Supports strategy development of initiatives in collaboration with the Governance and Crossover teams, providing leadership and guidance to the System Program Modality Manager
This role also provides a “reality check” to the System Director of Clinical Diagnostic Ancillary Services on feasibility and timeline of plans by drawing from subject matter expertise and coordination of the Modality Program Manager
Engages and manages cross-functional teams during the Governance and Crossover processes to identify roles and responsibilities, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and schedules to ensure resolution and execution of determined initiatives
Prepares and presents executive-level presentations and reports with project status and communication to project teams and stakeholders
Identifies and analyzes data to determine organizational trends and performance opportunities as necessary for successful ancillary governance
Manages comprehensive Governance and Crossover documentation and tracking of all initiatives, ensuring the success of each workstream
Interfaces directly with governance and crossover stakeholders to track progress and identify issues related to achieving project deadlines
Manages day-to-day tasks and deliverables of self and Modality Program Manager, ensuring quality and timeliness of governance and crossover work
Tracks governance and crossover project progress towards meeting objectives as well as identifies and mitigates possible deviations from established plans and timelines
Develops high-level reports and presentations for executive team
Directly interfaces with physicians and senior leadership for alignment, assuring system services stability and growth
Serves as an active business partner with the System Governance and Crossover leaders and Physician/Operational SMEs in the strategic development and vision of across the company
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of five (5) years in progressive programmatic or entry-level management experience in the healthcare field.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a health care setting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or equivalent
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or equivalent
