Limited Radiology Technologist
Overview Performs limited radiographic (general x-ray) procedures for radiological diagnosis in accordance with scope of practice of the limited license held by the team member. A limited chest radiography license authorizes an individual to perform chest radiography procedures ordered by a practitioner. A limited chiropractic radiography license authorizes an individual to perform spine and extremity radiographic procedures ordered by a chiropractor. A limited general radiography license authorizes an individual to perform any radiographic procedure except for procedures using contrast media, mammography procedures, fluoroscopy procedures, portable procedures in surgery, and procedures utilizing a C-arm.
